* When returning, please have your invoice or the invoice number ready.

When returning or exchanging hair items, you must fill out the RETURN REQUEST FORM and submit it to your salesman.
In failure to do so, we will not be able to process your return and/or exchange.

You can pick up the RETURN REQUEST FORM from the Acct Dept or we can fax you the form upon request.

Human Hair Only
1. For Returns on Human Hair

1) 14 days or less will be given full credit after 10% restocking fee.
2) 15~59 days – deduction of 10% from the original invoice amount after 10% restocking fee.
3) 60~119 days – deduction of 20% from the original invoice amount after 10% restocking fee.
4) Over 120 days – deduction of 40% from the original invoice amount after 10% restocking fee.
5) We do not accept returns made over 6 months from the invoice date.

** We do not accept any return on Synthetic Hair items.
** We do not accept any return on sale or discontinued items.
** There is 10% restocking fee when a processed order has been cancelled.
** We will use the current sale prices or the originally invoiced prices, whichever is lower.
** There will be additional deduction taking place if the returned items are damaged or has security
tag or price sticker on them.

2. If there is any defect with the merchandise, please contact us within the 14 days of the purchase for exchange. If we do not receive any notification before then, the a forestated Return Policy will apply.


Merchandise purchased during the “Special Promotion” period cannot be accepted as a return.
1. If the merchandise has any defect, contact us within 14 days and we will gladly exchange it for the same merchandise.
2. We do not automatically backorder out-of-stock items. It is the customer’s responsibility to re-order out-of-stock items.

  • If you do not place order for more than 6 months, the account may be closed without notice.
  • There will be additional charges added if the returned or exchanged items are damaged by security tags.
